MOFCO3D is a Veteran Owned and Operated company born during the CoVID-19 Pandemic. Founder Mike Cipriani was a 28 year experienced sales executive who became a casualty when the compliance company where he was the Chief Revenue Officer, abruptly dismissed the entire Executive team after significant losses in the stock market.
During an unrelated visit to purchase a tool to assist with his 2nd Trademark application, the seller was running a small 3D printing business. Mike, being inquisitive in nature, asked questions of the owner. The conversation revealed a void in the space left by tariffs on China.
So now, in addition to his job search, Mike spent virtually every free hour learning about the 3D printing space and the viability of starting his own 3D printer filament business. His research led him to develop a business plan, start up costs and profit projections and discussed it with several trusted advisors. The model? 100% Made in America, with 100% American raw materials and supplies, that is veteran owned and operated. Without exception, the advisors felt this was a viable business model. In three short months, MOFCO3D went from concept to reality.
